Aachen. Das Aachener Pharmaunternehmen Grünenthal hat seine Konzernstruktur umgestaltet und drei strategische Geschäftsbereiche gebildet: Grünenthal Europa & Australien unter der Leitung von Alberto Grua, Grünenthal Lateinamerika, das von Jan Van Ruymbeke verantwortet wird, und Grünenthal Innovations unter der Leitung von Prof. Eric-Paul Pâques, der als einer von drei Konzerngeschäftsführern zudem zum Chief Alliance Officer der Grünenthal Gruppe ernannt wurde. Sie alle repräsentieren zukünftig ihren Geschäftsbereich in dem neu gegründetetn Group Operating Committee (GOC), dem operativen Leistungsgremium des Konzerns. Komplettiert wird das Gremium durch den Konzerngeschäftsführer Stefan Genten (Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer) sowie Harald F. Stock (Vorsitzender der Konzernführung). Wolfgang Becker, Mitglied der Geschäftsführung und bisher für die weltweiten Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten des Konzerns zuständig, hat das Unternehmen, im Einvernehmen verlassen, wie Grünenthal mitteilte.
