Ultramodern Radiation Therapy

The University Hospital in Liège joined a project on radiation therapy at the end of March. The project is known as the Particle Therapy Center for the “Euregio Rhein-Maas”. Other members are the university hospitals of Aachen and Maastricht, who have been linked in various cooperative activities in recent years. The three hospitals will now encourage this ambitious future-oriented project, creating a cross-border particle therapy platform for innovative treatment of cancer and research into it.
