Maastricht U Implants ICDS

Recently the cardiologist Dr. van Opstal and Dr. G. Geskes of Maastricht UMC started with the complete subcutaneous implantation of cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). ‘Since then three patients have had ICD implants to our complete satisfaction’, says Dr. van Opstal.
