The topic of a future HR Seminar organized by Skills3 will be the motivation and the retention of staff/talents in the Life Sciences sector. In preparation of this seminar, and also to help the HR managers, I would like the professionals and jobseekers in this sector of activity to share their opinons about what motivates them in their work. What is a source of motivation for you in your work? Why would you stay in a company or leave it? Please think about the factors both from the work contents (internal motivation) and the work environment (external motivation).
