Motivation and engagement in the Life Sciences sector
The topic of a future HR Seminar organized by Skills3 will be the motivation and the retention of staff/talents in the Life Sciences sector. In preparation of this seminar, and also to help the HR managers, I would like the professionals and jobseekers in this sector of activity to share their opinons about what motivates them in their work. What is a source of motivation for you in your work? Why would you stay in a company or leave it? Please think about the factors both from the work contents (internal motivation) and the work environment (external motivation). What should managers and HR managers change to increase the motivation and engagement/involvement of their staff? Thanks for your opinion and suggestions!!
