Registration

Participation is without charge (everything included). Transportation is provided from the University to the Interface in Liège and back.

Register before November 8, by sending your motivation letter and CV to masterclass@skills3.eu.
The companies will select students for participation in their workshop. You'll receive an email confirming your participation.

Mr. Califice, here are my questions:

At what time does the shuttle leave from RTWH Aachen? I would be driving in from Duisburg, should I be accepted in the workshop.
Could I drive directly to Liège, or is the shuttle part of the day's festivities as well?
Dress code? I am set at "dress to impress", but I would hate to be the only one.

I would also suggest perhaps a checklist from your side of things that participants would need to bring with themselves (writing tools, CVs, additional documents, etc.).

Thanks for organizing this event. I am really excited about it and can only but hope to be selected.

Dear Kevin,

I will try to answers your questions about the Skills³ Master Class.

First of all, thanks for applying. I think it will be a very interesting day! The workshops are very promising!

1. I'm not sure at what time the shuttle leaves, this is dependent upon the amount of participants to the workshop from Aachen. with more people we have to use a bigger shuttle and this takes more time to go to Liege. I would calculate about 1 hour in advance (at least)
2. Yes of course. It is also possible to drive directly. The shuttle is just an extra service for our participants
3. I would recommend "business casual" as dress code. We saw last times that some people wear suits, others just a sweather. To avoid painfull situations for anybody (overdressed either underdressed) we set the dress code at "business casual"

Thank you for your suggestion for the checklist. Participants also receive a final confirmation with all the details of the workshop and location, shuttle service etc. I can already mention that it would be good to bring a hard copy of your CV. We'll make sure you get other materials you would need (notepads, pens etc etc).

May I also take the opportunity to mention that participants will receive a certificate of participation in the Master Class that can be used to add to your CV!
