How do I get started?
In the left side bar you can click the option 'register'. You will enter an account registration screen. This is not only the registration process, the information you fill in is also used for your company profile. It is important that you try to fill in all the fields, this enhances the attractiveness of your profile. Click 'save changes' and your registration is sent to the administrator.
Since Vividlinks.eu is a specialized community (only Life Sciences) the administrator will first check your profile. Once this is approved, you will be able to see your profile in the 'companies' section.
Remember to always login in the 'for employers' section by clicking the blue button upper right. You cannot login by using the box on the homepage or the left side bar in the other pages, this is only enabled for people profiles.
Can I also create a people profile?
Yes, you can also create a people profile. Creating a people profile has many advantages; you can connect with people, search for interesting people and show what you are working for. Note that you cannot create a people profile by using the same login details as used for your company profile.
Can I publish all my vacancies online?
In essence you can place as many vacancies as you would like to publish. However, we have some ground rules for the vacancies that are allowed on Vividlinks.eu:
How do I manage my vacancies?
After you have logged in, you can access Vacancies in the Employers section. Add a vacancy, fill in all the required fields and publish it online.
Your recently posted jobs are listed on Vacancies. You can view each the status of each vacancy, see how often job seekers are viewing and applying, and access submitted resumes. Should you fill a job positions before it expires (normally 60 days), you can easily set its status to offline.
What will my vacancy look like?
When candidates view your Vividlinks vacancy posting, they will see the information you provided when you post your job, including the job title, keywords, competencies required, job description and location. The vacancies will all be displayed in the Vividlinks.eu house style, the vacancies online provide a good example of how your vacancy will look like.
How will candidates find my vacancy?
When candidates conduct a career search on Vividlinks.eu, they enter search criteria, such as keywords, select competencies and locations. You’ll enter similar information when you post your job, which will help the candidates find your posting.
