Company Description
CenStat is a research institute of the faculty of sciences at Hasselt University (UH). CenStat conducts research in four main areas: (1) biostatistics; (2) bioinformatics; (3) epidemiology and public health; (4) mathematical statistics. The center publishes widely in its main research topics such as statistical issues in the design and analysis of clinical trials, mathematical and statistical models in infectious diseases, microbial risk assessment and food safety, analysis of gene expression, analysis of protein expression, etc. CenStat organizes an internationally renowned master program “master of statistics” with three trajectories: epidemiology & public health methodology, biostatistics and bioinformatics.
