About us
The Life Sciences Career Community Vividlinks.eu is part of Skills³, a cross-border initiative aiming at strengthening the Euregional Labour market in the Life Sciences sector. Five partners from 4 regions are joining forces in powering three activities supporting the Life Sciences in the tri-national Meuse- Rhine Region: HR seminars, Master Classes and the Career Portal www.vividlinks.eu.
Skills3 and Vividlinks.eu are managed and co-ordinated by the following partners
The HR seminars bring HR professionals, managers and entrepreneurs into contact to share expertise on aspects of recruitment in the Life Sciences sector in and outside their own region. The seminars create awareness about the EMR’s labour market potential, give managers tools to access this potential and provide insights and an overview about recruitment aspects in the EMR, specifically for the Life Sciences sector.
Master Classes
The Master Class offers employers and potential employees the opportunity to exchange information and experience and to get to know each other better. During a one-day event, the students will participate to workshops given by Life Sciences companies. In this way both parties can express their respective ideas and requirements. The candidates of the Master Class will be shown a viable and dynamic working environment with an international character and promising career opportunities in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine technology region.
Career Portal
With the career portal Vividlinks.eu we aim to make the Euregional Life Sciences labour market more transparent and accessible, display vacancies and company profiles in the EMR Life Sciences sector, stimulate cross-border labour mobility, provide information about working and living in the EMR and create a Life Sciences community in the Euregio.
